Chapter 4: Damien

As I watched Antoinette lay there with her mouth open drooling on my expensive ass sheets I couldn’t do anything but smile. She looked so content as if just a few hours ago some fuck nigga wasn’t putting his hands on her. Just thinking about it again made me want to find him and introduce him to what the shed is really for.  I know I inflict pain on people for a living but what he did was some weak shit. Looking at her bruised face, I knew if it ever came to it I would kill anyone that ever tried to hurt her again.

I saw how beautiful she was when walked in the door with her home girl. I made a mental note to step to her eventually until I saw that little scene she made.To be honest, when I first saw that shit going down I was going to let it ride. Women need to learn to stop jumping up in men’s faces on some rah rah shit. But when I heard the bartender calling up Money K saying those girls were his family I slid into action. We had been making money a long time so I couldn’t let nothing happen to them. If she would have called earlier, I would have deaded that shit before his punk ass even bucked. Hell by the time I got over there K’s sister was fucking old boy up. I had planned to just move them out of the way until K came but when I saw Toni trying to fight back her tears that unleashed the Devil. I am glad I didn’t have to call the cleanup crew because I know that would have meant I had to kill that bitch he was with too. I just got back in town and I didn’t want to have to dead folks for free.

I don’t know what made me volunteer to take Toni with me. There was just something about the feeling I felt when I helped her up that made me want to spend some more time with her. I don’t do hospitals so I did the next best thing waking Monica’s bratty ass up to meet me at the shed. I know I shouldn’t have brought Toni here but there was no way she was going to remember how to get here. Hell she slept most of the way. I will take a different route on the way back just in case though. I never brought women to the shed, other than my sister, and I hated for her to even come. Over the years many people had taken their last breath here. No one ever comes here willingly and definitely don’t leave alive.

“What’s good Man?” I whispered trying not to wake Toni up as I slipped out the room.

“The fuck? D, you are still with that broad? I thought you would have been dropped her ass off. You know we got business.” my brother barked into the phone.

“Yo bruh, chill on that broad shit. I was trying to let her ass sleep but you know I ain’t never late for business. I’ll be there.”

“Yo you are fucking up. Let me find out some broad… woman who can’t even fight is fucking with one of the coldest killers in the game.”

“I ain’t ever say I was fucking with her so chill with that shit. I don’t be giving these hoes shit but this dick. Ain’t no fairytale around here. I do respect fiyah pussy though and that she does have. Get off my phone so I can get the bitch out of here.” I said nonchalantly hoping I sounded convincing

“Oh now she a bitch and a hoe. Who are you fooling? ” he laughed. “Say less.”

I probably could have convinced anyone else but not my brother. I wasn’t ready to admit it though. I just met this woman.

When I walked back into the room I saw her getting dressed in the tights and shirt I had Monica pick up from Target on the way over last night. Glad it fit because I didn’t know anything about women’s sizes.
